It is an exciting time to be joining Artfinder and we have established campaigns around eCRM, email marketing, paid search & social and conversion rate optimisation. We are looking to continually improve all these areas and drive on into other channels. Our marketing activities are very focused around data driven decisions specifically within the customer acquisition and retention areas.
The role has a broad remit and will take ownership of the eCRM & email channels and will also be ultimately responsible for managing our external agencies.
We envisage the ideal candidate would have a broad set of knowledge around digital marketing and will have a working knowledge of PPC, social & SEO. In addition to this we see the ideal candidate having a real depth of knowledge in the eCRM and email marketing space, ideally with experience of setting up these functions, and certainly experience of managing highly successful campaigns. The ability to develop team members is also an important aspect of this role.
An understanding of the retail and/or art space and visual merchandising would be advantageous. Someone who has an inquisitive, analytical mind with a strong grounding in marketing theory and practical experience.
Very importantly, we’re looking for someone who is self motivated, thrives in an ever changing environment and someone who is capable of working across multiple areas simultaneously. You must have the ability and aptitude to be able to roll your sleeves up and ‘do’ as well as manage.
The head of digital marketing will be responsible for our customer acquisition and retention across key marketing channels including paid & organic search, display, email & social with a particular focus on eCRM and email marketing.
